1. The “days” counted in this timeframe and any specific part of the whole product and service provision are “business days”.
2. The most of customers’ orders can be produced and shipped within the timeframe mentioned above. Nevertheless, the timeframe is only specified based on the majority, without considering other unexpected factors, which indicates that some individual cases might differ. Order status and how to track them?

What should customers do when not receiving items?
In case you have not received your order within the timeframe, your package may be kept at the local post office or there was a failed delivery attempt and parcel is waiting for either pick up or redelivery arrangement.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, please contact your local post office to request for a check up of status/pick up/ redelivery arrangement.
If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, the parcel will arrive but only takes a longer time of transit, please kindly be patient.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please also contact the local post office to state your request as listed above.

How about shipping costs?
Once you’ve clicked Secure Checkout, your delivery address will be required and please continue to pick the shipping method. Shipping costs will be then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
International buyers - What about customs? Will there be duties or customs charges when my package travels across borders?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, which may vary from one country to another and are upon the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine help specifying the charges.
