  • Customer information is provided when contacting our customer support team: this category includes almost the same information that is collected as orders, unique documentation in text forms, images that help to clarify customer requests.

There are two main methods we may use to collect information from customers, divided based on the level of willingness of customers:

  • When you use our website: details will be restricted to the use of cookies and similar technologies only.

  • We can collect information when you contact us, when you place an order on our website, sign up for our email newsletter, fill in a quiz, or build a member account on our website.

There are two main usage of information that we may offer customers:

- Customer Support Software 

- Email Service Providers

- Cloud Storage Providers; Tax Collection Software

and to fulfill any commitment that we may enter into with you, including your orders and where required by law or to enforce our legal rights.

We are only permitted to maintain customer information until it is no longer required, in particular by the end of the post-sale service (if any). In addition, it is also important that we take into account any legal responsibilities that we can incur in the provision of services, such as:

SECTION 8 - DETAIL OF CUSTOMER RIGHTS TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES

You also reserve the following privileges by placing orders with us:

  • To object to the use or processing of your information where we use or process it in order to provide a service of public interest to our legitimate interests, including 'profiling' (i.e. assessing or predicting your conduct on the basis of your information) for any of these purposes; and

  • To object to the use or processing of your information for direct marketing purposes (including any targeting that we engage in that relates to such direct marketing).

SECTION 9 - SENSITIVE CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Sensitive customer information, as commonly agreed, is hereinafter referred to as information concerning an individual who reveals his or her racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs , religious or philosophic convictions or membership of a labor union, genetic information, biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, health information or information relating to a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. 

From the summary, we conclude that the only two aspects of customer details that can be categorized as relevant are: birthday data and skin tone preferences in your account on our website. Both details are completely voluntary and only accessed on the basis of the customer's express consent when you open an account on our site and are securely stored on our web servers for use in personalizing our interactions with you via email or on-site. Any data stored can be accessed and removed directly on your account page or by contacting us through customer service. This data is not used in any shape, type or type to make automated decisions other than to customize a website or e-mail content that we think is most important to you.

You can, under any circumstances, not give us any other sensitive customer information.



SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We need to keep our privacy policy current and revised on a timely basis.

The changes may involve two key types: minor ones and major ones.

The copyright in this Privacy Policy is either owned or licensed to us and is subject to copyright laws around the world and copyright protection software. All intellectual property rights under this Agreement shall be reserved.

When we display the GDPR Privacy Policy logo on our website, this is used to show that we have incorporated the privacy policy guidelines set out in the GDPR Privacy Policy as the basis for this Privacy Policy.
