SECTION 9 - SENSITIVE CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Sensitive customer information, as commonly agreed, is hereinafter referred to as information concerning an individual who reveals his or her racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs , religious or philosophic convictions or membership of a labor union, genetic information, biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, health information or information relating to a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
From the summary, we conclude that the only two aspects of customer details that can be categorized as relevant are: birthday data and skin tone preferences in your account on our website. Both details are completely voluntary and only accessed on the basis of the customer's express consent when you open an account on our site and are securely stored on our web servers for use in personalizing our interactions with you via email or on-site. Any data stored can be accessed and removed directly on your account page or by contacting us through customer service. This data is not used in any shape, type or type to make automated decisions other than to customize a website or e-mail content that we think is most important to you.
You can, under any circumstances, not give us any other sensitive customer information.
