Return and Refund Policy

In case of defective orders, please contact us using email: for to receive futher instructions.

If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive it and let us know about the product status. 

Please do not submit your order back to us unless we allow you to do so, in this case no refund will be given.

Due to the current situation of Covid-19, our office has been closed and no representative will accept your return of orders. Therefore, we do not receive any return shipments for the time being.

Replacement of your order would be sent to you with no extra cost required. Please be noted that there is no need to return the wrong or defective item as well.

- Bad quality: blurry image/print on production, cracked frames. 

- Damage during shipment.

- Design error: wrong design


Contact is notified within 20 days from the date of arrival of your order and includes the following information:

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • In case you receive a wrong item / damaged item, please send us pictures of how the item arrived, including the packaging, by email to so that we can investigate.



In the following instances:

- No arrival of goods due to factors beyond the fair control of the customer, including: incorrect shipping address, not being at home to accept the delivery, not receiving or collecting parcels or ordering redemption as requested by the post office, etc. => No full refunds or replacements.

- Your order did not arrive due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Our Shop , for example: not being cleared by customs in your region, being delayed by a natural disaster => No full refunds or replacements.

- Item tracking information showing "delivered" to the tracking system, sent to your mailbox but lost => No full refunds or replacements.

- Item tracking information showing “returned to sender” because customers did not collect per instruction through emails or instruction of post office notice => Either 50% refund or Discount 50% for replacement order (please email for further instructions).

If it's been 20 days since you got your pieces.


We do not give exchanges / returns for size unless it is our mistake to send the wrong size pieces.

For other purposes, such as sewing or printing problems, we will take care of all of them for you. Please email us first, and we'll give you instructions.


Since our products are printed on demand and every order is custom made, We do not accept return if the order was not damaged during shipment or defected in production.

Cancel Policies

We can only accept cancel request which comes with a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Customer sending cancel request through emails to within 24 hours after order placement point of time.
- Order having been paused by the production team and customer support team having contacted customers to notify customers for further discussion and decision on order details (including adjustments on order information, the ordered item design and whether to keep or cancel your order). This means that in such case we will contact you first.
