1. The “days” counted in this timeframe and any specific part of the whole product and service provision are “business days”. Which means we do not count or work on weekends, holidays.

2. The most of customers’ orders can be produced and shipped within the timeframe mentioned above. Nevertheless, the timeframe is only specified based on the majority, without considering other unexpected factors, which indicates that some individual cases might differ. For example, some items/orders may require a longer ship-out.

3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries might experience delay of any kind. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.

4. Holidays shipment: In case orders are placed during certain, AU, U.S and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, the production and shipping time may be longer than expected timeframe above. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope to receive your kind understanding.

5. International orders: Customs, which vary by countries, might take additional time. We have no right upon the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

ORDER STATUS AND HOW TO TRACK THEM?

  • A tracking Number will be sent to you via email/phone number (depending on which you used for ordering) by the time your order reserves one.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER YET?
In case you have not received your order within the timeframe, your package may be kept at the local post office or there was a failed delivery attempt and parcel is waiting for either pick up or redelivery arrangement.

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, please contact your local post office to request for a check up of status/pick up/ redelivery arrangement. 

If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, the parcel will arrive but only takes a longer time of transit, please kindly be patient.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please also contact the local post office to state your request as listed above.

WHAT ABOUT THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Once you’ve clicked Secure Checkout, your delivery address will be required and please continue to pick the shipping method. Shipping costs will be then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

International buyers - What about customs? Will there be duties or customs charges when my package travels across borders?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, which may vary from one country to another and are upon the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine help specifying the charges.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. For any defective products, send us an e-mail at info@lkhproduction.com or reach us on Facebook Messenger with Messenger Button right down the bottom right of page for better advice. If your item meets one of the following conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We will reship your order at no cost. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.

  • Design error: wrong design compared to information provided by customers on our site.
  • Bad quality: blurry image/print. 
  • Exceeded shipping time: If you do not receive the order within the timeframe.
  • Damage during shipment.

What should you do? Contact us within 20 days since you get your items and provide us necessary information

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • In case you get wrong item/ damaged item please send us a picture of the item you received via email info@lkhproduction.com or message us on Facebook Messenger with Messenger Button right down the bottom right of page. 

PLEASE NOTE

We do not process a refund/reprint in the following cases:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested); and your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost).
  • Item tracking information showing “returned to sender” because customers did not collect per instruction through emails or instruction of post office notice => Either 50% refund or Discount 50% for replacement order (please email for further instructions).

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

RETURNS

Since our products are printed on demand and every order is custom made, We do not accept return if the order was not damaged during shipment or defected in production.

CANCEL POLICIES

We can only accept cancel request which comes with a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Customer sending cancel request through emails to info@lkhproduction.com or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours after order placement point of time.
  • Order having been paused by the production team and customer support team having contacted customers to notify customers for further discussion and decision on order details (including adjustments on order information, the ordered item design and whether to keep or cancel your order). This means that in such case we will contact you first.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Canvas orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us.

What is your returns policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. 

To return your merchandise, please email: info@lkhproduction.com  for the return address and always include your ORDER NUMBER and full NAME.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense.

Cancel Policy

You may cancel your order within (24) hours of purchase, MST.  We are committed to our customers and your satisfaction.

To cancel your merchandise, please email: info@lkhproduction.com and label the subject line:  CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.

Cancellations after (24) hours will require the customer to return the undamaged product to receive a full refund.  We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production.  Please review our Returns and Refund Policy.

Change My Order

You may amend your order and address details within (24) hours of purchase. Please contact info@lkhproduction.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.  We will confirm your changes have been made.

Damaged Order

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

  • Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  • Attach your photos to an email and send them to info@lkhproduction.comPlease include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.

You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.
If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU SHIP WITH?

Which carriers are picked depend on their performance during the time, normally we will send your orders with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Yun Express, etc.

No there are no additional duties. For international orders, depending on the country of residence, you may have to pay fees!
