HOW OUR TEAM LKH PRODUCTION RESPONSES TO COVID-19

Here at LKH Production Team, like any company that reacts to the global health situation of COVID-19, our first concern is also the health of all our workers and our customers who still have confidence in our goods and services. We will therefore ensure that all members of the LKH Productions Team are always maintained up-to-date on how we adapt to the situation, namely the changes that we have made to our supply chain in order to cope with COVID-19 while maintaining our services.

 

SECTION 1 - CUSTOMERS MAY WONDER...

Why does shipping take longer in this situation?

Unfortunately, delays are likely, but are usually due to the following reasons:

- We are responsible for taking special care of our manufacturing and packaging processes as it is vital to keep our staff safe while working with the art work surface.

- In fact, our team's production efficiency has decreased because we need to follow the safety guidelines laid down by the CDC and WHO. We 're trying to keep the most equal number of workers allowed per move, who now have to work under the rule of maintaining a gap of at least 6 ft while framing the canvas. In addition, we will need to keep not only them, but also the workshop sanitized before we can sanitize the products as well as the packaging of the products.

 

What do I have to do to get updates on my order status?

When orders are packed and tracking numbers are registered on carrier networks, an automatic email containing your order tracking number will be sent to your email address or phone number (if any). Then you may want to visit the official carrier site to control your order using the tracking number issued.

If your order has not been processed and shipped, this means that we are already working on it and will get your item out as soon as possible.

 

Could I have my item back? How am I going to do that?

Since our office has been closed since March 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, there are unfortunately no representatives in a position to receive the returned orders. Therefore, at present, we can not accept returns.

How are you going to keep your manufacturing centers and your workers safe?

Our management team is making every effort to stay positive and to extend the benefits to all members of the LKH Production Operations team. In addition, we are also working incredibly hard to enhance our company's productivity to the best of our ability to support our customers while keeping our workers safe and healthy.

Both workers have been well-recognized with the safety precautions laid down by both CDC and WHO, including wearing face masks, gloves while performing their duties and keeping the workstations sanitized.

The time of sanitization and regular cleaning procedures has increased at present. Furthermore, it is not necessary to intimidate, but to convince our own staff to be cautious, as this is all about their own health and the health of their families.
